I guess you really struck a chord with sleepy over there, hahahaha... Now, if you can only get something personal from her, you could blackmail him or make him your slave for a while... Anyways... Miami is ranked quite high in crime among all the more affluent cities in the US, but then again, there are dangerous places everywhere, right? As long as you don't go around wandering with bling bling all over yourself at night, I think you will alright. Also, there is a lot of cash flowing around in a considerably small area, so that contributes to all the robberies and shhhtufff. So yeah... mmm Kendall? well... some areas are good, some are not so good... so you gotta be careful about where you want to make an investment... a lot of people are moving towards Doral, a little bit up north, newer, and probably 20-40 minutes away from UM depending on traffic. So yeah, maybe you would like to consider over there.... Well, hope you find what you like...

About the house
I am currently living in Kendall and I love it. Pedro is right. Kendall is big. Some areas are good, some are not. Even Doral is the same since I am working in Doral.

About the crime rate, according to public record released by FDLE, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the crime rate of Miami-Dade County, 32 cities is going down a little bit recently. If safety is one of factors which may affect your decision of buying a house or investment on real estate, you can go there to check the latest crime rate. www.fdle.state.fl.us
