The apartment is located at Coral Gables/South Miami (right accross to Sunset Place).It's close to UM and it's close to shopping mall and grocery stores. One block away to the metro rail. You can definitely enjoy the convenience of on-site shopping and dining options. The residence features air conditioning, patio, carpet, storage, gym, parking, elevator, laundry, dishwasher, pool, courtyard. The rooms is spacious 12'*12' but unfurnished. It features private bathroom, private entrance, walk-in closet.

The building is controlled-access.It's very safe. The building is new.

They are gonna raise the rent up to almost 2000 but since i'm gonna renew, the price would be much cheaper. We will need to sign the contract and you will have to pay the application fees and the deposit. You can get your deposit back later though.
